The Kenstar Asian ‘A’ Teams Tournament featuring the ‘A’ teams of India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka would be played from 22nd to 30th December 2003 in Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
This was informed by Jagmohan Dalmiya, Chairman of the Asian Cricket Foundation at Kolkata recently.
The itinerary of the matches is as follows:
Mon 22 Dec 2003 India vs Sri Lanka
Tue 23 Dec 2003 Pakistan vs Sri Lanka
Wed 24 Dec 2003 Rest Day
Thu 25 Dec 2003 India vs Pakistan
Fri 26 Dec 2003 India vs Sri Lanka
Sat 27 Dec 2003 Pakistan vs Sri Lanka
Sun 28 Dec 2003 India vs Pakistan
Mon 29 Dec 2003 Rest Day
Tue 30 Dec 2003 Final
A media conference with the captains of the three teams would be held in the city on the afternoon of 21 December 2003.
All matches will telecast live by Doordarshan.
